  • Can I Return A Partial Order?

    Yes, we are happy to process a return for any unused or unopened item that was purchased within the last 30 days. Please contact via Chat, email, or phone for an RMA Number and the return shipping address!
  • Can I Return A Variety Pack?

    Variety packs are only eligible for return if none of the items in the variety pack have been used and it was purchased in the last 30 days. At this time, we do not accept partial return on variety of packs as the pack itself is considered one item.
  • Can I return my product?

    You are welcome to return any new, unused items that were purchased within the last 30 days. Please contact us via chat, email, or phone with your name, email address, and order number and we will be happy to send over an RMA number and the return shipping information to your pack!

  • Who pays for return shipping? Do you send a label?

    At this time Pawstruck does not cover the cost of return shipping nor do we send pre-paid labels. Products that are returned can be sent back using the carrier of your choice, most often USPS is the cheapest method.
  • Who Will Be Delivering My Order?

    For orders placed on Pawstruck.com, they will be shipped using either FedEx or USPS. All orders that are going to a PO BOX, Alaska, Hawaii, or an AFO/APO will be shipped via USPS. At this time we do not use UPS or other carriers. Specific carries can not be requested.
