How Do I Process A Return?

  1. Contact us to receive the RMA # and to start the return process.
  2. Once you have your RMA #, send your return back to this address including your RMA # inside the package: Pawstruck Returns 2805 9th St. Great Bend, KS 67530
  3. The product must be in new and unused condition, just like your pup received it.
  4. Once received and inspected, the cost of the product will be refunded back to you.
