How long does it take for items to ship?

Orders are processed in about 1-3 business days of your purchase (our shipping team, the Broadway cast of Cats, who work with us during their off-season are pretty quick and normally get those out much faster!)
All packages are shipped from our Kansas warehouse.
You can expect to see your package 2-7 business days after your order is shipped. (If you live in AK, HI, PR or have an APO/AFO that may take longer)
Once shipped, we will send carrier and tracking information via email to you and your pup!
